If your order is over $100 before taxes and other fees, you will automatically receive free shipping at checkout. However, if your order is below $100, a flat shipping rate of $9.99 will be applied.
Two SEBO Canada warehouse locations on opposite sides of Canada ensure that orders can be delivered as quickly as possible. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the warehouse location, weather conditions, and shipping destination. If you do not receive your order within this time period, please reach out to us.
However, shipping times will be slower for orders placed on public holidays and between December 23 and January 3 due to holiday closures and reduced staffing.
To change or cancel an existing order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]. However, once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
If an item you have ordered from our website arrives damaged, you have a couple of options:
If the outside of the shipping package is visibly damaged, you can refuse to accept the package from the courier. The rejected package will be returned to us.
If you have already accepted the order, please email us at [email protected]. Attach photos of the damaged box both before and after opening it, along with images showing the damage to the product inside. A SEBO Canada representative will be in contact with you and a solution will be reached depending on the severity of the damage.
We do not accept online orders for addresses located outside of Canada. However, SEBO products are sold worldwide.
