I have always been pleased with the Sebo brand, as I have purchased previously two floor cleaning models for previous residences and truly enjoyed the quality of the units, ease to clean, replacement of brushes and the thorough cleaning of carpets and rugs throughout the home. In the current residence, I replaced the unit that was provided as it continuously would pause rotation on deep pile carpets, while the ET-1 vacuums effortlessly. A great product and truly a satisfied customer. I would highly recommend these products for other interested consumers.

Excellent products made to last and overall STELLAR customer service. Their digital team in particular is wonderful. I accidentally purchased the wrong attachments for my SEBO and the digital team saw what I was trying to do, reached out to me completely unprompted, offered me a less expensive alternative that is more appropriate for my needs, reimbursed me completely, and handled the return process with their warehouse for me too. Completely unexpected amazing customer service that is unheard of today. Most companies would have just let me figure it out at my expense. Buy a SEBO, you won't be disappointed.

We were tired of running through big-name vacuums with big promises only for them to let us down after six months. A friend referred me to SEBO. We purchased the E3. Wow! We've been running this thing for just over a year, and it still impresses me almost weekly. Every little detail from performance to ergonomics has been so well thought out. It's one of those " What's this for? Oh wow, I see, that's brilliant! " type of products. I even used it today as a quazi shop-vac for a washroom remodel, and it crushed the task! (No liquids but plenty of tile and drywall debris.) I'd venture to guess that is not the intended purpose for this vacuum. However, I was in a bind, and it performed unexpectedly well. I would and will recommend this brand to anyone who is looking for the best quality product at the best possible price point in a vacuum. We really love our SEBO, and you definitely will as well!
