SEBO - - at the forefront of production technology.
Recycled plastic is used for unseen internal parts
such as motor covers. Water from the factory roof is
filtered and stored in an underground reservoir for
factory use. The factory even generates its own electricity.
Hot air from the generator room is pumped into the
warehouse to keep the temperature stable and the liquid
coolant is pumped through the office radiators. Unlike
other manufacturers who 'batch test' or randomly test
products coming off the line, SEBO test every single
vacuum cleaner to ensure that every customer gets the
best quality machine.

SEBO Filter System
ELECTROSTATIC FILTRATION
Electrostatic filtration uses statically charged micro-fibres that attract dust
particles from the air stream, these then bond onto the fibres. This enables
the filter
material to have a relatively open texture which allows a very good air flow
for better suction
performance, yet it also gives highly effective filtration.
S-CLASS FILTRATION
All SEBO domestic vacuum cleaners either come with S-CLASS filtration, or can
be easily upgraded to S-CLASS. To meet the S-CLASS standard the filtration system
has
to remove a minimum of 99.97% of particles of 0.3 microns. The SEBO S-CLASS system
will remove 100% of particles of 1 micron and above. Dust mite faeces
are approx. 10 microns. A micron is 1/25,000 of an inch in size. The width of
a human hair is between 70-100 microns.

DUO-P Dry
Carpet Cleaning Powder
Duo-P carpet
cleaning powder consists of thousands of micro-sponges
which contain safe solvent for greasy soiling,
a neutral shampoo for non-greasy soiling and
an anti resoilant to delay re-soiling.
As Duo-P us brushed through the carpet, a cleaning
solution in the sponges dissoves dirt which is
then removed when the DUO-P is vacuumed out.

The GAF allergy research centre in Germany found
in a long term test that, six months after a
single cleaning with DUO-P, seven out of ten
carpets remained free of dust mite allergens.
